Zimton offers 1-year warranty for all the products made by us from the date of shipment. Extended warranty service up to 2 years or 3 years are also available with additional cost agreed by both parties.

For quality issues caused by non-human factors in 30 days after customers receive the goods, customers ship the goods back for repair service. Round trip ship cost will be taken by Zimton. It usually takes for 30 working days for this, transportation time excluded.

For quality issues caused by non-human factors in 12 months after customers receive the goods, customers ship the defective goods to Zimton for repair. We will pay for the returning shipping fee after the maintenance service is finished, which will usually take for 30 working days, transportation time excluded.

We offer life-long maintenance service for all the customers, if the products are out of warranty time, customers only need to pay a limited charge for the service according to the agreement of both parties.
